To design a micro-site for the Allan Gray Summit 2017 that would seamlessly integrate with the conference, showcase the speakers and serve as a digital agenda.

Website Build

Built as a mobile-first solution, with emphasis on optimal experience for users on-the-go, the UI and UX of the site are branded extensions of the existing Allan Gray identity.

Due to the nature of the event, the site had to carry a lot of information and was very content heavy. This meant that any imagery used couldn’t distract from the site info or clutter the layout. We chose iconic grayscale imagery and tight crops of geometric skyscrapers to tie the design back to the traditional Allan Gray branding and capture their professional heritage.


The site served as an itinerary and information hub for users where they could easily navigate between the full conference schedule, get a quick overview of each talk, learn more about the summit speakers, and book tickets.
